What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Consumer Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to all Massarelli’s products purchased by consumers for residential use. We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and maintenance.
Definition – Residential Use:
“Residential use” refers to private, non-commercial use of the product in or around a personal dwelling such as a home, yard, or garden.
Warranty Period
This Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and covers residential use only. It does not cover:
- Products used in commercial settings
- Third-party components (e.g., water pumps, lighting). These may be covered by warranties from their respective manufacturers.
- Damage caused by:
• Accidents or misuse
• Improper installation or maintenance
• Use outside intended purpose
• Improper storage or off-season handling, including failure to drain fountains or protect items from freezing temperatures
• Acts of God (e.g., flooding, storms, earthquakes)
- Normal wear and tear, including:
• Hairline cracks
• Fading or discoloration due to sun, moisture, or climate
• Algae or mineral buildup from untreated water
Important Note on Handcrafted Products:
Every Massarelli’s piece is individually hand-cast and hand-finished. Variations in color, texture, shape, and size are natural characteristics and are not considered defects. These distinctions make each piece unique.
Consumer Responsibility
To maintain the validity of this Warranty, the consumer is responsible for:
- Following care and maintenance instructions provided in product documentation or on our website
- Proper seasonal storage to prevent damage
- Using the product only as intended
Failure to follow these guidelines may void the Warranty.
Non-Transferability
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
How to Request Warranty Service
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:
- A copy of your original sales receipt
- Photographs showing the claimed defect
If Purchased Through a Dealer:
Submit the materials directly to the dealer where you made the purchase.
If Purchased from Massarelli’s Directly:
Send your claim to:

Timeframe:
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the defect.
We will evaluate your claim promptly and determine its eligibility under this Warranty.
What We Will Do
If your product is found to have a covered defect during the Warranty Period, Massarelli’s will:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace it with a similar item (if discontinued, we will offer a comparable model of equal value)
Shipping/Freight Charges:
Shipping or freight costs incurred as part of a warranty claim are the responsibility of the consumer.
One Replacement Per Purchase:
Massarelli’s reserves the right to limit warranty claims to one replacement per product purchase.
Legal Limitations and Rights
This Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the Warranty Period.
Massarelli’s shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use or damage to other property.
State Law Notice:
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental/consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
